One of Moe’s goals in traveling to Germany was to be able to order a beer in a restaurant and drink it. This is perfectly legal for a 16 year-old. Even a 14 year-old is allowed to do this if accompanied by an adult. She ordered the beer on draft and I chose the “black as night” beer. It turned out that she preferred the black beer.
